Love. This word is on everyone's lips, in every book, movie, and song. Whatever we do, love is everywhere we look.

Yet, it remains an immense mystery. Impossible to define, difficult to find. In a daily life where everything moves too fast, where we rush between two meetings, where we go from a computer screen at work to a smaller screen in our bed, and where digital relationships increasingly replace the warmth of embraces, love struggles to find its way.

In this 18th print volume, we ventured a hypothesis: what if our experiences in nature could help us love ourselves better?
