The origin of all forms of human or natural life, an essential component of the Earth's and climate cycles, the foundation of societal organizations, geopolitical balances, and economic processes, water permeates and flows through all expressions and interstices of life on Earth. But water is impalpable, elusive, sometimes invisible.

In an era of climate change, it is urgent and vital to make this element visible and known, to better protect it and enhance its value. To live with it, rather than at its expense. To reconnect citizens to this major element of their balance and the future of the planet.

This is the ambition of SOIF.
