Processing time

Orders are prepared in Paris within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Paris with La Poste (Colissimo).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination, at La Poste rates.

Free shipping to France and the European Union on orders over €150.

Delivery times

Once shipped, delivery times are those of La Poste and are given as an indication only:

• France: 2 to 3 business days
• European Union: 3 to 8 business days
• Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days

Delays may occur during busy periods or because of customs.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply depending on your country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Click & collect

You can collect your order for free at one of our two Paris boutiques:

• Canal Saint-Martin – 28 rue Yves Toudic, 75010 Paris (Mon–Fri 8:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 9:00–19:00)
• Saint-Germain – 30 rue Dauphine, 75006 Paris (Mon–Fri 8:30–18:00, Sat–Sun 9:00–18:00)

Choose "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders are kept for 14 days.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at contact@bonjourjacob.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and the item. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will open an inquiry with La Poste.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Parcels returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
